Here at Somerset Country Escape we have constantly been monitoring the situation regarding Covid-19 and in line with the latest government guidelines for self-catering accommodation we are pleased to say that we are now preparing to welcome guests from 4th July 2020.
The last few months have been a struggle for the country and for the whole world, and our thoughts are very much with those who have lost loved ones in these difficult times.
We must however, all continue to be vigilant and to do whatever we can to prevent the spread of coronavirus. We have listened to the advice being given by the government and we feel that we can all operate safely with suitable measures in place to ensure the health and wellbeing of staff and guests.
Very strict cleaning routines have been implemented at each property and we are following government advice with procedures put in place to make our industry low risk to our guests.
Exclusive use hot tubs are available from 4th July. Shared use hot tubs and saunas are not available from 4th July, following guidelines. If they are not used by anyone else, we are able to have these available.
It is essential is that our staff and all guests must remain alert. Therefore if anyone in your party has symptoms of coronavirus or has been asked to self isolate they must not come with you to your large group accommodation.
We are continuing to monitor government advice daily and will initiate any updates as soon as they become available. For the latest information on the virus please see the following trusted websites, which will contain the most current information.
